This was my initial visit..more of a diagnosis..after seeing the same dentist for 55 years I was a little apprehensive, but everyone was very nice and seemed to genuinely care for the patients. I have another appointment scheduled to get started on a couple of issues which I knew I had so nothing was a shock to hear...My previous dentist never once caused me pain..in the office...so we'll see...

This is the not the first dentist I have been to in Hurst, but the only one to provide amazing service. The last location I went to before brush365 made me feel like they wanted to do a lot of work that was not needed, so I went to brush365 for a second opinion, and I am glad I did! They were kind and caring, from front desk to dentist. The environment is clean and relaxing too. They are working with me to restore my oral health and not providing unnecessary treatments. The dentist here was the only one out of each place I'd been, to order me prescription toothpaste as well. After having such bad luck with other places I can finally breathe and get my dental needs taken care of and for that I am grateful.

I had my first cleaning with Lina and the experience was great! She was friendly, professional, and the service was fairly quick. Lina worked efficiently and delicately while cleaning my teeth. She had a way of giving just the right amount of educational talk. I appreciate her briefly walking me through what she would do next, how this impacts my teeth, etc. She gave me options if I experienced any discomfort on what I can do, and she would give any breaks if needed. I would definitely return and specifically ask for Lina for these reasons above. I was not incentivized in any way to write this review, and did this to recommend Lina and highlight the awesome experience she gave me!

Moved from NJ to Hurst, TX and decided to use Brush 365 since they are in walking distance from my house. I've had two cleanings so far and both were great. I was informed of several issues, but was not pressured to move forward with any solutions. Quotes through insurance were given ahead of time so I would have an idea of the cost. I decided to have an easy cavity fixed and Dr. Sara Mahmood was great - in fact everyone in the office was very pleasant. Thanks again Dr. Mahmood! I will continue to use Brush365.

Took my girlfriend in for a cleaning and a tooth that was acting up. I am now looking forward to my own visit. This office is modern and clean, and the hygienist Rickie was great. My girlfriend went in fearful and Rickie worked with her and talked through each step so that we knew what to expect. Laura the office manager was able to answer all our questions about our insurance and got us set up for the next visit.This is the 1st dental visit that we have ever seen that did not end in a same day bill.

The employees in the Hurst office are so very professional and friendly. Cassee was very helpful in calming my nerves. I had my first appointment at Brush365 today on Pipeline Road. What a blessing. I broke a chunk out of a crown. They did X-rays, scheduled me for a cleaning and crown replacement next week. Dr. Blake and his team are the best customer service team ever. I'm so glad to have a new home for my dental needs. Pricing is reasonable too. Even have payments available. So very impressed with their kindness and professionalism. Very clean modern facility and state of the art equipment.

I brought my kids in for a cleaning on Saturday. The staff was great starting in the front office. The hygienist did a great job and my kids really enjoyed it. Dr. Pinzon was also fantastic ending our appointment on a great note. We will definitely be continuing our dental care with this office.

Found this office through my insurance portal, turns out I drive by it every day! It’s so close to my house, huge plus. I went in for exam and found out I needed a deep cleaning a sealant and filling. I was very anxious since I didn’t really know what I was in for. The Dentist was very gentle in numbing my mouth and the hygienist was friendly and took care to make sure I was never in any pain during the cleaning. Made my first visit in over a decade a great experience. So excited to bring my toddler in for her next visit. I’m glad we have found such a great family dentist!

My mother recommended I go here and I'm so absolutely glad that she did.When you walk in there's a dry erase board with new patents names and a cute little joke to definitely make you chuckle.The waiting space is nice, and comfortable and welcoming. I prefilled my paperwork before my appointment, so I just let the receptionist know I was there and sat for a few minutes before I was taken back.I absolutely dread making dentist appointments as I constantly feel like a child being reprimanded for not maintaining everything perfectly to the utmost of my ability.But everyone was so nice and helpful and definitely made me feel more at ease with my next steps in the process to get me started on my better-dental journey! I was frequently asked (with no hands in my mouth!) if I had any questions about any steps of the process. I was shown my x-rays and was even explained what specific teeth would be worked on and why, and what would be our next steps at a pace that was comfortable to me! Something no one had ever done.For once in my adult life, I'm incredibly happy to finally find a dentist office that makes me feel excited to go on this journey of taking better care of myself!(I saw Dr. Burnstad, and would definitely recommend!)

Brush 365 is the best dentist office in town! The receptionist Jaqueelin is so friendly and helpful, every time I come in she welcomes me with great energy. My husband and I have been coming here for over 2 years and have always been treated so well. The dentists are amazing. Today, I took our 15 month old for her first dental appointment and they were so great with her. I was afraid my little one would make it difficult, but they definitely know what they're doing. Brush 365 was very professional when scheduling the appointment, when we arrived at the office saw our welcome new patients names on a whiteboard and the check in process was simple. Loved the Affordable annual package they offer.. After being placed into the room, the hygienist came in shortly after explained the process for the X-rays, cleanings.Cleaning was simple and thorough!I highly recommend 5 stars!

What i thought was going to be a simple filling replacement turned into a root canal and crown. I use to suffer from sever dental anxiety until i met the staff of Brush365 and Dr. Bengali himself. They gave me a step by step explanation of what they were going to do and through the whole procedure put my comfort and well being first. How many people do you know of that can say they fell asleep during a root canal? Well you can say you know one now. I look forward to going to the dentist now. I highly recommend the lovely ladies and Dr. Bengali at Brush365 in Hurst. This is a staff of young professionals and an awesome dentist. Sure wish they were around when i was younger... 🙂

It was my first time. We've had some bad the past few years with dentists, so have tried a few. I was impressed- it was a clean, professional office, nice waiting area, I was greeted when I walked in the door, heck as a new patient my name was on a whiteboard to specifically greet me. The clinic managed to be both professional and welcoming, even in the exam rooms. There were 1 way screens so you could look outside but no one could look in. They did an excellent job of moving me through the process without having me wait much. I was in for a 1st time with xrays, cleaning, check up and polish. I walked in at 555 and out at 715. Not bad at all. Very friendly and nice staff from top to bottom- in a genuine way.

A very big shout out to Dr. Bangale and the ENTIRE staff at brush365 (Hurst location). I had oral surgery a week ago today and my one week check up showed I'm healing great! You all were very patient and caring. That is huge for me because I don't like the dentist. Thank you for checking on memultiple times after surgery. I absolutely love coming to this dentist office. They make me feel extremely comfortable, and I will never think of going anywhere else. Everyone is so kind, sweet, and lovely. This is the first time I’ve been to a dentist office in a long time, and honestly i get nervous even thinking about dentist offices. From the first time making an appointment to getting my second appointment scheduled I’m excited to go back. I looked at a bunch different places and every place gave me a weird feeling. When I called Brush 365 it just felt right and they were extremely kind on the phone and answered all the questions I had. This is the BEST place to come to.

Everyone at this office is so sweet. My daughter was a new patient here. When we walked in, they had her name written on the whiteboard welcoming her as a new patient. In the lobby there is coffee and water available. You check in with the front office ladies who were extremely helpful and kind. I signed up for their in house "insurance" which is a great deal. We sat down and were called back a couple of minutes later. I was able to go back with my kiddo, which I know some dentists office no longer allow. Once in the suite, they took x-rays with a handheld x-ray machine (super cool) and the dentist came in to check them out and to do the exam. He was very straightforward, gentle, and let us know what was happening at all times. The hygienist cleaned her teeth, made her laugh a million times, and then we were good to go. All of staff was very kind! This will be our forever dentist office!

Great dentist. Explained my implant procedure in its different stages very clearly, using a model, and very patiently. I had to ask several times for the explanation. Dental hygienists and front desk very professional and the most customer service oriented practice I've been to, and I've been going to the dentist for nearly 50 years. Also, very easy to reschedule when something has come up where I can't make my original appointment.

I have been looking for a dentist for quite some time, and I finally found a gem! Dr. Sara Mahmood is exceptional! I love the staff, they are all professional and friendly. I was very pleased from my first visit! They explained and listed what was needed to be addressed. They have a dental membership plan that makes more sense than all the dental insurance plans I was shopping for. I will be a regular patient of Brush365, glad I found them!

I was very excited to be there; everyone explained step by step what was going on I work at ups , an after I got my teeth cleaned I fell asleep woke up with a blanket on me it was so cool. They made my dental plan up and again explained it all to me I felt like I was apart of the team. I haven't often had to visit a dentist and I was in pain and nervous, and had to have an extraction; the doctor and the staff were wonderful, kind and solicitous to me, even making sure I got safely to my car when I left. I Hate going to the Dentist! Its like a phobia. I have finally found an Entire Dental Office full of Amazing people!!! At the Brush 365 Hurst TX location near Precinct Line rd and Pipeline rd! From my very 1st visit I felt cared for. They even comforted me. Since then, I am in the process of fixing my whole mouth. It's not fun. But they do such a great job of making me feel at ease and comfortable while calming me through out the whole visit. Including bill time. Lol. The entire staff was totally awesome this is the best dental office in the DFW I would recommend This dental office to everybody that I come in contact with thank you guys love you. Awesome staff! I was immediately welcomed and acknowledged when I first stepped into the office. Staff is Very friendly, compassionate, and kind! I’m not a fan of going to the dentist, but they definitely took that into consideration and made me feel more than comfortable while there. They were sure to explain everything step by step. I had a routine cleaning as well as two wisdom teeth removed. The wisdom teeth extractions couldn’t have gone any smoother thanks to Dr Pinzon. I will def be returning and referring my family and friends!

My visit to Brush 365 in Hurst , was great. I needed attention on a Saturday and they were open. Everyone that helped me were professional and very helpful. I had a crown made for a broken tooth and in an hour and a half I was finished and back on the road with a new tooth at a reasonable price. I would recommend to anyone who needs dental work.

11/5/2020-- update, the director immediately contacted me regarding this comment and apologized about the wait time. Sent me an email if I had anymore questions and direct contact for her. Again, customer service is superb and very friendly. Not sure, but maybe the evening I went, they were just slow? But made sure they knew so maybe the next patient wouldn't have to go thru that long wait time.11/2/2020-- With no other patients around, I had to wait over an hour for the complete consult to be done (1hr 1/2 total). All I needed was x-rays and a talk with Dr. Doctor didn't show up until about 45min after I showed up. I even showed up 30min early and still had to wait. Plus, I didn't get to see the Dr I was suppose to see. Overall visit did not meet expectations. But the personnel was very nice and it was clean.

Arrogant staff. If you have any reservations about seeing a dentist, this is not the place for you. There is a potential for up-charge if they "feel" you need more work done. The regular cleaning service was appropriate, however, the wait to see the MD was longer than average. Cannot say we will be returning.

I came in for my first appointment for routine cleaning and was told I had a cavity on a tooth that had already been treated. I had it addressed and during the procedure the dentist asked 2 assistants for a “band saw” I believe, and none knew what it was. Dentist seemed exasperated and didn’t use it, because no one seemed to know what it was or where it was. So, we wrapped up. I can no longer floss between my two teeth (they couldn’t either). I thought maybe it’d resolve after a few days. No. Every floss pick and floss broke. I came in for a follow up that I requested as it was such an issue. They didn’t fix it, and I wasn’t offered a clear explanation on why. I think it was that it didn’t have to do with the filling, but I still don’t understand why I was able to floss before and now can’t. I plan to go to another dentist now to address it. This was maybe 3 months ago, I just got around to a review after going in again for the issue to be resolved.They were nice though!

Came in for surgical extraction. Dentist ruined a crown on another tooth in the process and refused to take ANY responsibility.Furthermore, they cannot seem to submit a claim after having repeated attempts providing complete information as well as having the insurance company contacting them at least twice.DO NOT go here- RUN the other way.I paid upfront for this procedure, have waited 4 months to get my money back from insurance and they simply do not care.
